Renowned as a celebrated selector, charismatic radio personality, champion of emerging artists, prolific producer, captivating MC, and respected recording artist, Liquid's contributions have significantly shaped the landscape of dancehall and reggae music. His latest album, Mobay Son, marks a pivotal evolution in his career, cementing his reputation as a skilled lyricist and showcasing his remarkable versatility honed over years of dedication

Liquid's journey is a testament to resilience and continuous growth. Hailing from Montego Bay, where he was affectionately called "Lippo," his early days saw him hosting vibrant weekly events at Pier One and collaborating with local sound systems. This foundation paved the way for his transition to Ho 102 radio in MoBay, propelling him to Kingston and transforming him into "ZJ Liquid" at Zip FM. This new chapter saw him gain international acclaim, performing across the globe and appearing on platforms like BET.

His influence is not limited to DJ sets. Since establishing the H20 label in 2004 with the groundbreaking French Vanilla Riddim, Liquid has become one of Jamaica's premier producers. He has graced stages at the Uprising Festival in Slovakia (2019), the renowned Rototom Sunsplash Festival in Spain (2018 and 2019), and represented Jamaican talent at the BET Awards Cipher. Additionally, his exceptional skills led to a Red Bull Clash win in Atlanta, and his association with Kranium includes celebrating gold-certified records—a testament to his global impact.

Liquid's dedication and contributions to the music industry were recognized by Zip FM when he received a prestigious Leadership Award for 20 years of service, underscoring his enduring influence and professionalism.
